All the staff was pleasant and we had an early check in. We had king suite with flat screen cable TV, a fridge and a seating area.

Awesome... didn't realize it until day two but they offered not only a free breakfast but FREE beer, wine and sodas monday thru thursday with food!

Had really really nice stay on their Orlando vacation. The location was stunning and best possible for walking around Sea Life Orlando Aquarium. The area was very very nice just next door to Sonesta ES Suites Orlando as well as local attractions.

we had a lovely experience at sonesta es suites, especially loved the adequate breakfast options like bagels and eggs; perfect to fuel up for a day at the park.

A FANTASY HOLIDAY IN A FANTASTIC APARTMENT

In general: With 2 children needed somewhere safe and secure. All the facilities available were just what was required. Television and Wi-Fi was very useful to keep the children occupied when required. Location and surroundings: Perfectly located for all amenities required. Entertainment shopping food and nightlife. Equi-distant from the apartment were shopping outlets and shopping vouchers were available from the concierge.The Orlando eye and the tower were local to the apartments. Less than an hours drive from the airport for international flights. Service: All staff are very helpful. Will do all they can to help with anything you need to make your stay very enjoyable. All the staff were very friendly and gave brilliant service at all times. Laundry facilities were very useful especially with children. The concierge was available until lunchtime and offered help to arrange any requirements from any park tickets to transport arrangements to any park and special discounts on shopping entertainment and food outlets. The reception was available 24hrs and very helpful and friendly. Dining: The free breakfast was absolutely brilliant, The choice was phenomenal catering for all ages and diets. Special food was available for special and specific dietary requirements by request. The catering staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot food containers were always topped up and the choice was brilliant with different options each day. There was a choice of cereals fruit yoghurt bagels bread and much more. Drinks available were Tea Coffee Orange Juice Apple Juice Iced Water and hot chocolate for the children. Sports and leisure: Did not have enough time to enjoy any of the activities available other than the children really enjoying the swimming pool and the games room. Too busy visiting all the parks. Room: A very spacious apartment with all the required facilities to prepare any required meals. Bathroom and bedrooms were very good and kept very clean and tidy by the cleaning staff. All required facilities available for washing showering or lazing in the bath. All the towels were changed and beds were made. Air conditioning was available when required to keep the room at the temperature required. Kitchen waste bins emptied and the rooms were kept spotlessly clean at all times. All personal items were treated with respect. Useful tips: If you require anything just ask. At the end of your visit while you are awaiting your transport to the airport your belongings can be securely and safely stored until your transport to the airport arrives. If you drive there is a large on site car park.

The pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing after busy days, and the spacious one-bedroom suite felt like a cozy home away from home. Just a heads-up, the breakfast options could use a little variety, but overall, I’d definitely come back! 😊

Spacious two-bedroom suites with a full fridge and kitchen supplies, and the friendly staff were always eager to assist. Cleanliness was a significant issue. Our room had hair in the shower and unpleasant odors from the cleaning process. Misplaced items from the freezer compounded the disappointment, overshadowing the enjoyable meals like the delicious Manchego ratatouille.

Great Location with Convenient Amenities

Our family enjoyed an excellent stay with quick access to dining options and shopping. The shuttle service to Disney was invaluable. The pool area offered a fantastic retreat from the heat. Highly recommend heading to local restaurants for a true taste of Orlando!
